Summary: The role of Workday Financials Manager - O2C Specialist involves leading Order to Cash workstreams within complex Workday Financials implementations. The position requires advising clients on best practices and owning solution design across the O2C lifecycle while mentoring junior consultants. This is a client-facing leadership role within an established consultancy focused on enterprise transformation programmes. The position is hybrid, primarily remote, based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Order to Cash workstreams within complex Workday Financials implementations.
• Advise clients on O2C best practices, including billing, customer contracts, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
• Own solution design and configuration across the O2C lifecycle.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Workday Financials, specifically across the Order to Cash process.
• Proven background in consulting and delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of finance operations and Workday's functionality in O2C.
• Workday certifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent client engagement and leadership skills.
