Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Financials workstreams end-to-end
- Shape solutions across RtR, P2P, O2C processes
- Work closely with finance and operations in cloud-native, hyperscale environments
- Mentor teams, guide roadmaps, and drive delivery
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in consulting or finance transformation
- 2+ years leading Workday Financials implementations
- 1+ full Workday deployment experience
- Certification (or readiness to certify)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong grasp of GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Billing
- Experience with data centers, infrastructure, or SaaS platforms (bonus)
- Other ERP experience (Oracle Cloud, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into elegant systems
