Summary: The role of Workday Financial Programme Manager involves leading the implementation of Workday Financial across the UK business for a sports client. This position requires extensive experience in ERP implementations, particularly with Workday Financial, and strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders. The role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery aligns with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall delivery of the Workday implementation across Finance, Procurement and HR
  • Act as the link between the delivery teams and the business, ensuring delivery is aligned to the business goals and objectives
  • Engage with stakeholders across the UK ensuring changes and progress of delivery is communicated across the business

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in leading ERP implementations, especially Workday Financial implementations across finance, HR and procurement
  • End-to-end programme leadership experience across technology driven programmes
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders with confidence to positively influence and challenge where appropriate
  • A self-starter who is tenacious, entrepreneurial and willing to show initiative

One of our sports clients are looking for a Workday Financials Programme Manager to lead and deliver Workday Financial throughout the UK business

Role: Workday Financial Programme Manager

Contract: 12 month FTC initially

FTC Salary: £125k-£140k DOE

Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall delivery of the Workday implementation across Finance, Procurement and HR
