Summary: The Workday Cutover Manager will oversee the transition to Workday across HR and workforce management modules for a leading manufacturing business. This role involves coordinating cutover activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring a smooth system migration while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to adapt plans dynamically. The contract duration is expected to last 3-4 months, with a go-live date in August.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the Workday Cutover Plan, tracking milestones and managing risks.
- Coordinate pre/post-cutover tasks to minimise disruption.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and system transitions (e.g., job boards, Microsoft Entra, Outlook, Teams).
- Lead cutover meetings, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure a smooth post-go-live handover and support hypercare.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cutover Manager in Workday or HRIS projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations and system transitions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt plans dynamically.
