Summary: The Business Analyst role requires DV clearance and focuses on delivering digital solutions within an Agile framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Work to an agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.
• Identify and implement opportunities to analyse and optimise current services and processes.
• Use a wide range of techniques to model situations and gain agreement from SMEs and stakeholders.
• Report on system quality and collect metrics on test cases.
• Apply digital understanding to identify and implement solutions.
• Work innovatively using appropriate tools and methods.
• Identify issues and risks, and analyse and report test activities and results.
• Requirements Author experience, including URD, SRD, Solution Specs, SDPs, Test & Acceptance Strategies.
• Demonstrable experience in an ITIL3 aligned Service area.
• Experience in developing Technical Refresh documentation and complex Service Roadmaps.
• Requirements management experience.

Key Skills:

• Experience in managing Voice & Video Services.
• Experience with Strategic Networks and Bearer Services.
• Understanding of the difference between 'Legacy' and 'New' systems.
• Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.
• Experience in complex environments with security conditions and controls.
