Summary: Our client, a leading digital bank, is looking for a Workday Consultant specializing in people and change management for a 9-month hybrid contract. The role involves coordinating the adoption and integration of Workday, ensuring alignment with the organization's culture and people strategy. The consultant will work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to enhance user experience and facilitate organizational change. The position requires a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management strategy for Workday implementation, focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business departments, gathering feedback and addressing people-related requirements.
- Monitor and report on user adoption rates, identifying barriers and collaborating with teams to drive improvements.
- Ensure Workday aligns with the organisation’s people strategy and business processes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on implementation progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
