Summary: The Workday Business Analyst will support a public sector client in the full-cycle implementation of Workday, focusing on both HCM and financial modules. This role requires configuring the Workday system to meet business needs and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The position is outside IR35 and involves working on-site 1-2 days a week near London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure the Workday system to support business needs, including financial and HR processes.
• Analyse and document business requirements, translating them into Workday configurations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of Workday Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Skills:

• Experience working in central government and public sector organisations.
• Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst, particularly with HCM and Financials implementations.
• Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Configuration.
