Summary: The Workday Benefit Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefit and HCM within a pioneering professional technology consultancy. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with UK regulations, and process optimization through collaboration with various teams. The position is offered on a 12-month contract basis with hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and proven experience in Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Benefits to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize benefits administration and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with UK benefits regulations and industry best practices.
• Supporting the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live.

Key Skills:

• Workday Benefit & Workday HCM Certifications.
• Proven experience as a Workday Benefit Consultant or similar role.
