Summary: The Workday Benefit Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Workday Benefit and HCM within a pioneering professional technology consultancy. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with UK regulations, and process optimization through collaboration with various teams. The position is offered on a 12-month contract basis with hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and proven experience in Workday implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Benefits to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize benefits administration and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with UK benefits regulations and industry best practices.
- Supporting the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from design to post-go-live.
Key Skills:
- Workday Benefit & Workday HCM Certifications.
- Proven experience as a Workday Benefit Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Benefit Configuration.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday Benefit and HCM implementation.
