Summary: The Lead Business Analyst role in Electrified Systems Engineering focuses on driving innovation within the automotive industry's electrification sector. This position involves coordinating budget reporting, supporting business metrics, and leading program resource estimation activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly budget reporting, including budget deployment, risks & opportunities, and workload vs. headcount tracking.
• Provide chief level business metrics and support order process and spend plan.
• Align timing to support Business review meetings, chair MPIM, Chief TDR, and BPR Meetings.
• Lead program resource estimation activities and manage department ISO documentation.
• Maintain program look-ahead & health chart documents and department launch support plan.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of current EV technologies and components.
• Demonstrable experience of working independently and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a PD business office, budget, or resource planning role.
• Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership skills.
