Summary: As a Business Analyst for a leading third-party logistics provider, you will facilitate communication between operational teams and technical specialists within a secure government programme. Your role will focus on enhancing Blue Yonder and WMS environments through requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will also ensure compliance with secure-environment standards while providing on-site support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and process analysis across logistics, warehouse and dispatch areas
  • Supporting delivery and configuration of Blue Yonder Dispatcher (2023 onwards)
  • Producing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to support design decisions
  • Working with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations and data flows
  • Preparing documentation, acceptance criteria and supporting UAT cycles
  • Ensuring all work adheres to secure-environment standards and governance frameworks
  • Providing on-site support when required (travel flexibility essential)

Key Skills:

  • Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within logistics, 3PL or supply chain environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Blue Yonder Dispatcher, ideally 2023+
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills
  • Ability to translate operational needs into clear, structured documentation
  • Comfortable working in secure, restricted programme environments
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Your new company
You'll be working on behalf of a leading third-party logistics and supply chain provider, supporting a major government-aligned programme within a secure environment. The organisation is delivering a significant transformation across warehouse operations and dispatch processes, underpinned by the latest versions of Blue Yonder Dispatcher.

Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between operational teams, technical specialists and programme leadership. Operating within a secure government setting, you will support the design and delivery of critical enhancements to Blue Yonder and broader WMS environments.
