Summary: The Wellness, Work & Us Administrator role is a fixed-term position for three months, with the potential for extension, focused on supporting the Staff Wellness, Work and Us Strategy in Mental Health and Learning Disability services. The administrator will provide essential administrative support, manage visitor interactions, and ensure the Wellness Centre is welcoming and well-equipped. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a compassionate approach to wellbeing are key aspects of the role. The position is based in the Wellness Centre in Bryn-y-Neuadd, Llanfairfechan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across all service areas of the healthcare service in the MHLD Division.
- Manage diaries, resolve conflicting appointments, and organise meetings.
- Prepare meeting papers and take minutes of meetings.
- Source and provide information, including report collation and analysis.
- Act as the first point of contact for the team and welcome visitors to the department.
- Ensure the Wellness Centre is welcoming and equipped for staff use.
- Oversee induction, bookings, and usage of the Staff Wellness Gym.
Key Skills:
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration/RSA III/ECDL or equivalent.
- Good standard of education – GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above.
- Significant office administration experience.
- Ability to use initiative and judgement to analyse and resolve problems.
- Experience communicating at all levels in an organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information.
- Desirable: Ability to speak Welsh.
