Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for web products and services
• Drive partner adoption through proactive outreach and consultation
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to rigorously test new features and web tools
• Gather and relay partner feedback to improve product functionality and user experience
• Develop success stories and create outreach materials to share best practices

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
• Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages: Java, C++, and Python
• Experience in managing external partnerships, preferably in a technical or consulting capacity
• Deep understanding of web standards and performance optimisation techniques
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools
• Experience in bug identification and working with engineering teams to resolve issues
• Technical consulting or partner engineering experience
• Strong coding ability and debugging skills
• Experience supporting and optimising web products and ecosystems
