Summary: The Workfront Business Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the Workfront work management system for a leading financial services organization. This position focuses on providing end-user support, analyzing business needs, and implementing solutions to enhance internal communication processes. The role requires collaboration with various teams to improve workflows and deliver training on Workfront usage. It is a contract position that is fully remote and outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Workfront platform, ensuring efficient operation and monitoring system health.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support, assisting team members with platform navigation and troubleshooting.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and features within Workfront, driving user adoption.
- Design and build end-to-end processes in Workfront, accounting for end-user requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement areas and develop effective solutions.
- Provide first-line support for Workfront-related issues and escalate as necessary.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Workfront usage for internal communications teams.
- Maintain a detailed log of Workfront tasks and manage recurring maintenance activities.
- Support communications projects that integrate with Workfront, engaging with internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience focused on Workfront platform administration and business process analysis.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows within Workfront.
- Strong understanding of Workfront functionalities, including project and resource management.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Strategic thinking about process optimization with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Workfront environment.
