Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed event itineraries and drive plans in collaboration with the technical team.
- Lead vehicle assessments during events, including driving lead vehicles and identifying customer-relevant concerns.
- Coordinate and deliver vehicle preparation, concern reporting, tracking, and validation of fixes in future assessments.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in system testing, validation / verification engineering, with knowledge of at least one key automotive system - powertrain, chassis, ADAS, infotainment.
- Hands-on experience with dynamic and static vehicle testing, including familiarity with proving grounds, road routes and test protocols.
- Familiarity with data logging tools, CAN analysis (e.g., using Vector tools or similar) and basic diagnostics.
- UK driving license - comfortable and competent in driving pre-production vehicles, including leading convoys and executing structured test drives.
- Advanced driving qualifications (e.g., IAM, RoSPA) desirable.
- Experience with tools for itinerary creation, route planning, and event scheduling (e.g., Excel, JIRA, or bespoke tools).
- Ability to travel internationally & in the UK.
