Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications, such as a monthly newsletter.
  • Manage and maintain team communication channels, including SharePoint sites, team posts, and email distribution lists.
  • Communicate allowance changes to expatriate employees on a defined schedule.
  • Maintain and update process documents and templates.
  • Maintain user-friendly operating manuals, process guides, templates, and training materials.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to organize information.

You will:
