You ll be working to improve our existing product s interface to transform the user experience of our product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign key screens and workflows, making them modern, user-friendly, and intuitive. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in SaaS product design, with a strong focus on simplicity, usability, and a modern design ethos.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with company leaders, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric web and mobile experiences.Redesign key elements and screens of Grafterr's digital selling and hospitality management platform Grafterr POS , ensuring a modern and consistent design language.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.Apply user-centered design principles to improve the overall user experience of our SaaS platform.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.Ensure all design outputs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.Work within established brand guidelines, while pushing the boundaries to create fresh, innovative designs.Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.Previous experience designing for SaaS platforms, ideally within the B2B or hospitality sector.You must be a Figma power user Strong understanding of modern design principles, with a focus on simplicity, usability, and accessibility.Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in FigmaAbility to balance creativity with user-centered design methodologies and data-driven insights.Knowledge of responsive design best practices for mobile and web applications.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.Preferred skills: Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.What we offer:A chance to work with an innovative SaaS company shaping the future of digital selling.Competitive compensation for the duration of the contract.Flexibility to work remotely.Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on our product and customers.
