Summary: The UX/UI Designer in Digital is responsible for creating design assets that align with brand guidelines and meet business needs. This role involves developing user journey flows, wireframes, and prototypes, as well as leading user testing to evaluate design options. The designer will communicate design concepts and collaborate with team members to refine solutions until they meet approval from the Product Owner. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design assets following brand guidelines to deliver optimal solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop journey flows and wireframes to visualize new user experiences.
• Lead user testing, when necessary, to evaluate design options.
• Define interaction models, wireframes, user task flows, and UI specifications.
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other team members involved in the product.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
• Prepare and present initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, and refine them until they are accepted by the Product Owner.
