Summary: We’re seeking a UX Researcher to support our clients’ product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. This contingent role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to inform product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis.
- Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
- Analyse research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 3-5+ years of experience conducting user research in a technology or product-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
- Nice to have skills: Previous experience in rigorous usability testing, Previous experience working in the reality labs.
