Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full PMO Analyst support, including managing RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies).
  • Assist with administration for governance meetings, including minutes, agendas, and actions tracking.
  • Manage access permissions to SharePoint content and ensure data organization.
  • Assist workstream PMs in developing Business Cases.
  • Track and monitor workstream project plans.
  • Manage the Governance Model and ensure adherence to core Programme discipline.

The role:

You will play a key role in the Business Change PMO Function, which supports more than 10 business-aligned portfolios of work. The role will support one or more Portfolios as well as supporting and developing the overall PMO Function.

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for providing full PMO Analyst support at a competent level, including:

  • You’ll work with the sub-teams / workstreams to ensure RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies) is managed appropriately.
  • Assist with the administration around the various governance meetings (minutes/agendas/actions tracking).
  • Manage access permissions to SharePoint content, ensuring data held in SharePoint is orderly.
  • Assist workstream PMs with developing Business Cases.
  • Tracking and monitoring of workstream project plans.
  • Governance Model management.
  • Ensuring core PoL / Programme discipline is followed by the various Workstream leads.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience within a PMO Analyst role, including:
  • To have an understanding of data analytics, reporting and budgeting.
  • To have good Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
  • Great communication skills including with C-suite leaders.
  • Able to organise and prioritise with minimal input from role stakeholders.
  • To have excellent attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of the wider role of the PMO and how it fits into business change and project processes.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience using Microsoft Planner Premium.
