Summary: The Multi-Site Transport Manager role involves overseeing transport operations across multiple sites in the South West, focusing on compliance, driver engagement, and vehicle safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring full O-Licence compliance, including tachograph management, driver hours, WTD, and vehicle maintenance.
• Engaging with a team of professional drivers operating 7 days a week.
• Liaising with workshops to maintain vehicle safety, LOLER checks, and planned maintenance schedules.
• Conducting meaningful driver debriefs to ensure accountability and adherence to legal requirements.
• Preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring every site is inspection ready.
• Working with planners to ensure robust delivery schedules are adhered to.
• Managing checks and controls to uphold fleet safety and reliability.

Key Skills:

• National CPC (International also welcome).
• ADR certificate or experience with hazardous goods.
• Proven experience as a dedicated Transport Manager, ideally across multiple sites.
• Deep understanding of O-Licence undertakings and DVSA compliance.
• Proven people management skills.
• Strong driver engagement skills.
• Formal safety qualification such as IOSHH, NEBOSH.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and familiarity with fleet systems like Paragon, TrakM8 and TruTac.
• Experience managing multi-drop operations.
• Background in regulated industries or high-compliance environments.
