Summary: The Transformation Project Manager will oversee the delivery of the System Transformation Programme at NG Bailey and Freedom Services, focusing on replacing the existing IFS system with JobLogic and FocalPoint. This role involves managing project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project milestones are met within the agreed time and budget. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting directly to the SST Programme Manager. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex system and business change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and deliverables of the project, ensuring documentation is approved by stakeholders.
• Oversee project initiation, planning, risk and issue management, resource planning, and budget management.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with third-party suppliers to ensure project deliverables are completed as per the plan.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks and issues, communicating mitigation actions effectively.
• Report project progress to appropriate committees and forums based on governance agreements.

• Proven experience in delivering complex system and business change programmes.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.

• PRINCE2 qualification.
