Summary: The Transformation Data Analyst role in Greater London involves providing analytical support to the transformation team, focusing on enhancing council services for residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional corporate and service directorate teams to support engagement and project delivery.
- Apply analytical skills to deliver objective, impactful, and actionable insights for the benefit of the Council's services and residents.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate insights.
- Provide subject matter expertise coaching and support to non-technical colleagues.
Key Skills:
- Experience in an analytical role in local government and familiarity with local government datasets.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R/Python and querying languages such as SQL.
- Experience with standard BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and cloud services such as Microsoft Fabric.
- Understanding of financial accounting and flow accounting/cost-to-serve models is desirable.
