If you’ve worked at Director level or higher in a leading organisation or consultancy — and want the autonomy of running your own practice with the backing of proven data, technology, and a collaborative partner network — this could be your next chapter. Is this you? You’re a transformation leader, consultant, or HR/OD executive who has: Led organisational or people transformation programmes within FS, FinTech, or IT. Expertise across TOM design, culture transformation, or leadership development . A passion for combining people insight with data and technology to drive change. The entrepreneurial drive to build your own consulting business under the Nicer brand. The ambition to earn £200k–£1M+ by delivering high-value transformation work.
