Summary: The Training Compliance Data Administrator role at Care UK involves maintaining training compliance records for mandatory care and clinical training across their care homes. This position is essential for supporting the implementation of training policies and ensuring that training is effectively managed and documented. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to promote training initiatives and organize essential training events. This is a 6-month maternity cover position within a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Care UK Academy of Care and Clinical Excellence
  • Audit mandatory care and clinical training for each of our homes
  • Support the implementation and management of the Revalidation and Clinical Supervision policy
  • Work with the wider compliance and workforce development team to ensure training is available, booked and captured
  • Produce individual learning plans and communicate the progress of individuals
  • Organise essential training where gaps are identified
  • Work with suppliers and stakeholders to cross check and validate evidence of training attendance
  • Organize events at the request of the Care Quality and Regulatory Governance Team
  • Liaise with Learning & Development team regarding the use of the Learning Management System
