Summary: The Project Manager role at Nourish Care involves leading the onboarding of new third-party partners and managing their integration with the Nourish platform. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for partners, guiding them through the integration process and addressing any technical needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Partner Onboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new third-party partners, ensuring a smooth and timely integration experience.
- Integration Scoping: Lead early-stage discussions with partners to define and guide integration use cases, recommend optimal data flows, and ensure alignment with our platform capabilities.
- Identify gaps between partner needs and current platform capabilities, raising new requirements or suggesting enhancements where appropriate.
- Act as a voice of the partner within Nourish, ensuring integrations are not only technically feasible but meaningfully support end-user workflows.
- API Support: Serve as the first point of contact for partner API questions, coordinating with internal technical teams as needed.
- Project Delivery: Drive multiple integrations simultaneously, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure high-quality delivery without delays.
- Contract Coordination: Ensure contracts and any relevant documentation are agreed and in place before project kickoff.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, structured communication with partners and internal teams throughout each project.
- Post-Launch Support: Oversee the final stages of integration, including go-live readiness and any immediate post-launch needs.

- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with APIs and discussing technical topics with non-technical and technical stakeholders alike.

About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Nourish Partnership Programme. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the onboarding of new third-party partners, managing the full lifecycle of their integration with our platform. This is a pivotal position that involves a balance of partner relationship management, technical coordination, and project delivery. You’ll be the main point of contact for our partners throughout their integration journey—from contracts and scoping to go-live. Beyond coordination, you’ll play a key role in shaping the way our partners use and integrate with the Nourish platform. By deeply understanding their goals and use cases, you’ll help define how integrations should work, identify any capability gaps, and work with internal teams to evolve our platform where needed.
