Summary: The Elite 3E Training Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives for the Elite 3E enterprise system, ensuring firm-wide adoption and effective usage. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, user engagement, and business process optimization. The individual will collaborate with various teams to align training with strategic goals and deliver high-quality training materials and sessions. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert and provide ongoing support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of firm-wide training programs for Elite 3E (core financials, timekeeping, billing, reporting, etc.)
- Collaborate with business units, finance, IT, and project teams to identify training needs and align curriculum with strategic goals
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and video tutorials
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to end-users, power users, and support teams
- Develop role-based training paths and certification programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Elite 3E functionality and best practices
- Partner with change management and communication teams to drive adoption during new rollouts or upgrades
- Provide post-training support and user guidance via helpdesk channels, drop-in sessions, and office hours.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Elite 3E (3+ years), preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of financial workflows including billing, time entry, matter management, and reporting
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise system training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with training tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Snagit, or similar platforms)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
