Summary: Tower Hamlets is looking for experienced Senior Social Workers to join the Assessment & Duty Team, focusing on frontline Children's Services. Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking high-quality assessments to identify needs and risks for children and families.
• Managing a varied caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and Court cases.
• Responding to referrals and working alongside other professionals in a multi-agency setting.
• Ensuring timely interventions and best outcomes for children and young people.
• Providing expert guidance and supervision to junior staff where necessary.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years post-qualified experience in Children's Social Work, preferably in an Assessment & Duty Team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced frontline team.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills when managing risks.
• Must be able to commute to Tower Hamlets (office-based at least twice a week).
• Registered with Social Work England.
