Summary: The Test Manager will lead the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Windows 11 and Office 365 transformation at a leading global bank, ensuring minimal business disruption across the EMEA regions. This role requires collaboration with various business units and IT teams to manage testing activities effectively. The successful candidate will oversee test planning, execution, and stakeholder management, playing a pivotal role in the programme's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the test strategy and planning for the programme.
• Manage testing of applications and end-user computing (EUC) solutions to ensure compatibility with Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and application owners to assess compatibility, manage risks, and coordinate testing activities.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration with the development and project teams to facilitate a smooth testing phase.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and stakeholder management to ensure business continuity across multiple locations.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager leading large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, EUC applications, and infrastructure testing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage testing across multiple regions, business units, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT facilitation.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-national environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
