Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of testing, including user acceptance testing and operational acceptance testing.
• Lead and manage the test team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Ensure the availability and integrity of test environments.
• Oversee the defect management process, ensuring timely identification, severity prioritisation, reporting, and resolution of defects.
• Provide regular test reports and metrics to project stakeholders, highlighting progress and risks.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Quickly integrate into an existing project and adapt to the current teams working practices.
