Summary: The Program Test Manager will oversee testing activities for an IT Infrastructure migration program at a Bank, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality software delivery. This role involves leading a team of test managers and engineers, managing test plans, and integrating testing into the project lifecycle. Prior experience in IT infrastructure migration to the Cloud is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks for large-scale software programs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of testing activities across multiple project teams.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of test leads, analysts, and engineers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for test-related matters, including status updates and issue resolution.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, standards, and guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies associated with testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements within the testing organization.
