Summary: The role of Interim HR Business Partner involves collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives within a technology company. The position requires driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and providing performance management guidance. This temporary role is suited for an experienced HR professional who can analyze HR metrics and develop effective solutions. The position is hybrid and offers a competitive day rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and adjust as necessary.

  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and practices.
