Summary: The Test Lead for ServiceNow Implementation will oversee testing activities throughout the lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, ensuring effective management of testing methodologies and defect tracking. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide test teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for documentation and risk management related to testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage testing activities in ServiceNow implementation or upgrade projects.
- Lead test teams and manage internal and external resources during the testing lifecycle.
- Utilize various testing methodologies and test management tools.
- Oversee defect management and facilitate defect triage meetings.
- Implement and manage automation testing initiatives.
- Communicate testing progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive test plans, test cases, and reports.
