Summary: The Test Lead role focuses on ensuring effective file transfer functionality and managing bulk data transfer projects within the Technology sector. The position requires independent work, strong test management, and stakeholder management skills, alongside a technical understanding of data. The Test Lead will guide and mentor teams, oversee quality gateways, and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Quality Gateways
- Contribute to resource management and capacity planning to support delivery schedule
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams, coaching and mentoring team members to aid continuous improvement
- Lead Senior Test Engineers and Test Engineers to deliver end to end testing using automated, formal manual and exploratory approaches
- Build and maintain key relationships with other departments and stakeholders
- Management of Project defects
- Delivery of Daily Status Report during test execution
- Working proficiently in Agile and Waterfall testing delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Analysts, Developers, Solutions Architects and Test Managers to deliver tested outcomes
