Summary: An experienced Test Analyst is needed for a 6-week retail/hospitality transformation programme in London, focusing on Point of Sale (POS) system testing and integration. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing test cases, managing defects, and supporting end-to-end and integration testing across POS, payment systems, and backend platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners and business users, you’ll help ensure high-quality delivery and smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) by aligning test coverage with requirements and ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Required Experience:
- Strong background in testing within retail or hospitality environments
- Hands-on POS system testing experience
- Experience with POS integrations, ideally in hospitality settings
- Proficient with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail)
- Clear communicator, comfortable in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Oracle Simphony
