Summary: An experienced Test Analyst is needed for a 6-week retail/hospitality transformation programme in London, focusing on Point of Sale (POS) system testing and integration. Test Analyst - Immediate Start – London (Hybrid) – 6 weeks - £425 p/d (Outside IR35) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Test Analyst to join a fast-paced retail/hospitality transformation programme, with a strong focus on Point of Sale (POS) system testing and integration. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing test cases, managing defects, and supporting end-to-end and integration testing across POS, payment systems, and backend platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners and business users, you’ll help ensure high-quality delivery and smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) by aligning test coverage with requirements and ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.

Required Experience:

  • Strong background in testing within retail or hospitality environments
  • Hands-on POS system testing experience
  • Experience with POS integrations, ideally in hospitality settings
  • Proficient with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail)
  • Clear communicator, comfortable in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Oracle Simphony
