Summary: The role of Temporary Payroll Administrator involves overseeing payroll processing for salaried and additional employees, with a focus on pensions and payroll reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing payroll processing for salaried and additional employees using the fully integrated IRIS system.
  • Reviewing automated payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensuring correct processing of maternity pay, sick pay, tax codes, and statutory payments (SSP).
  • Managing attachments of earnings and pension contributions.
  • Liaising with local managers to resolve payroll queries and ensure compliance.
