Summary: The Interim Cyber Security Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the security posture of a leading construction group over a 3-6 month contract. This position involves implementing security frameworks, developing policies, and driving cyber awareness training. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management. The ideal candidate should be available immediately and possess significant experience in cyber security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance security frameworks, including NIST and Cyber Essentials.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity policies aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive cyber awareness training across the business to improve security culture.
• Lead risk management, identifying threats, proposing remediation strategies, and creating action plans.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure security compliance and best practices.

Key Skills:

• 5-7 years' experience in Cyber Security management or similar roles.
• Strong background in NIST, Cyber Essentials, and risk management.
• Experience in delivering cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
• Ability to engage and educate stakeholders, raising internal cyber awareness.
• Hands-on approach to identifying, remediating, and managing security risks.
