Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

UK-based | Hybrid (The Client has multiple UK Office)

The client is revolutionising how banks, fintechs, and software platforms integrate accounting and compliance features. Their modular, cloud-based solution allows partners to embed the clients trusted capabilities-like bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, and reporting-directly into their own products.

We're building a brand-new support team to help the client scale:

Support Engineer

You'll be the first line of technical support, helping partners troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting experience
  • Comfortable with on-call rotation (1 week in every 4)
  • Based near the clients office (for future permanent conversion)
