Summary: The Technical Records Administrator role at Offshore Helicopter Services in Aberdeen involves maintaining accurate technical records to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate all engineering documentation
- Update all electronic and hard copy records
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly validation checks
- Perform monthly checks of all records and archiving
- Update all aspects of aircraft airworthiness within the specified timescale using the electronic maintenance tracking system
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an aviation technical records/technical services environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Organizational skills and effective workload management
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Good understanding of aviation maintenance, airworthiness, and technical records principles
