Summary: The Technical Programme Manager at North Highland will lead the execution of product solutions across various technical domains, collaborating with engineering, product, and leadership teams. This role requires a hands-on approach and strong technical and supplier management experience, as well as the ability to coach the Technical Programme Management team. The position is a 3-month rolling contract, classified as inside IR35, and involves hybrid working with two days on-site in London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a consulting environment and a strong understanding of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of product solutions across multiple technical domains.
  • Oversee various stages of the product development life-cycle and programme of work.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and leadership teams.
  • Manage budgets and demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Shape and coach the Technical Programme Management team for future success.

  • Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager in a consulting environment.
  • Experience across multiple technical domains including software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
