Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a modern, automated infrastructure platform with AI-operable capabilities
  • Oversee key infrastructure components such as data centre expansion, programmable compute, and software-defined network/storage
  • Enable automation-first delivery models with observability, self-healing, and policy-driven control
  • Implement and mature GitOps workflows, IaC pipelines, and CI/CD processes across engineering teams
  • Lead programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with senior leadership to align on strategy and execution
  • Drive cultural change and adoption of code-first, automation-led infrastructure practices

This role is focused on delivering a next-generation, on-premise platform built for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), full automation, and AI-enabled operations. This is a hands-on programme management role that goes far beyond traditional infrastructure uplift. It involves a complete re-architecture of how infrastructure is designed, provisioned, and operated — replacing manual processes with code, automation, and intelligent agent control.
