Summary: The Technical Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end design process in collaboration with internal electrical engineering teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with internal electrical engineering teams and their external counterparts to oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and deliverables align with technical requirements.
- Lead coordination with external vendors to manage the procurement and timely delivery of components, driving the build and assembly of circuit boards.
- Own the material sourcing strategy and production scheduling with vendors, proactively identifying and resolving supply chain challenges to avoid delays.
- Serve as the critical interface between engineering teams and vendors, facilitating clear communication to finalize designs, close open issues, and lock production timelines.
- Anticipate and solve technical and logistical problems throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation.
- Support post-production activities including scripting and documentation, contributing as an integral member of the cross-functional team.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $115.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
