Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage a mid-sized AI/ML research program.
- Translating strategy into actionable project plans with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Leading the coordination of tasks, timelines, and documentation — ensuring smooth delivery.
- Supporting data approval processes, reporting progress, and tracking project metrics.
- Facilitating effective communication and alignment across remote and local team members.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, data science, or related technical fields.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Able to work independently and proactively drive progress.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, or scientific research environments (bonus).
- Background in fast-paced tech environments (bonus).
- Formal project management training (e.g. Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) (bonus).
