Summary: The SAP Project Manager role involves overseeing the implementation of SAP ECC6 and Rockwell® Pharmasuite within a pharmaceutical manufacturing context. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise to ensure effective integration for clinical trials. This is a hybrid role based in Loughborough, UK, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions across Life Science sectors. The contract is temporary, lasting over 6 months, and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage E2E to implement SAP ECC6 (SoftGels instance) and recipe manager (Rockwell® Pharmasuite) to maintain ongoing operations and mitigate the risks associated with using an unsupported, outdated ERP (PRMS) which includes the current recipe management system
- To implement SAP ECC6 (SoftGels instance) and recipe manager (Rockwell® Pharmasuite) to maintain ongoing operations and mitigate the risks associated with using an unsupported, outdated ERP (PRMS) which includes the current recipe management system
- Full Project Management - from Execution stage
- Manage the implementation of SAP as per High Point instance (SAP ECC6 softgels instance)
- Prerequisite is to implement a recipe manager system (Rockwell® Pharmasuite) to be able to retire PRMS AS400
Key Skills:
- IT Project Management - in a Pharma environment
- SAP migration
- Understanding of pharma manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Rockwell Suite knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to travel periodically to site required
- Competent stakeholder communications and change management understanding
- Travel to Netherland on need basis

SAP Project Manager
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires IT Project Manager with SAP and Pharma Manufacturing Experience to be based at their client's office in Loughborough, UK.
This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the Loughborough office 3 days per week .
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
The role is mainly about delivering innovative and scalable solutions across Life Science sectors. Project Manager will work across multiple functions and geographical locations and ensure that integration between rockwell suite and SAP ECC are well established for Clinical trails. This role demands a self-starter, strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate/communicate with diverse teams to drive the alignment of technology solutions to business objectives
