Summary: The Technical Product Owner role involves leading the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance business outcomes within a hybrid working environment. • Identify opportunities for technology enhancement to drive better outcomes.
• Develop and implement solution roadmaps for successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
• Represent existing and potential IDS capabilities, influencing local business strategy.
• Align products with affiliate and corporate goals.
• Gather, refine, prioritize requirements, and coordinate delivery of products.
• Collaborate with internal software development teams or third-party vendors to develop digital products.
• Assess and communicate the value of IDS solutions through business cases.
• Advocate for organizational change through new technology and process improvements.
• Lead and drive organizational change management (OCM) initiatives.
• Capture and share best practices and identify replication opportunities.
• Enable new product launches and line extensions through technology.
• Identify and evaluate new solution opportunities for unmet customer needs.
