Summary: The Technical Product Owner role involves leading the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance business outcomes within a hybrid working environment. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver digital products while advocating for change and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for technology enhancement to drive better outcomes.
- Develop and implement solution roadmaps for successful introductions across the organization and with customers.
- Represent existing and potential IDS capabilities, influencing local business strategy.
- Align products with affiliate and corporate goals.
- Gather, refine, prioritize requirements, and coordinate delivery of products.
- Collaborate with internal software development teams or third-party vendors to develop digital products.
- Assess and communicate the value of IDS solutions through business cases.
- Advocate for organizational change through new technology and process improvements.
- Lead and drive organizational change management (OCM) initiatives.
- Capture and share best practices and identify replication opportunities.
- Enable new product launches and line extensions through technology.
- Identify and evaluate new solution opportunities for unmet customer needs.
Key Skills:
- Experience in product development with technology for multichannel commercial organizations.
- Strong technical background to identify appropriate technology solutions.
- Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies.
- Strategic account management skills including research, listening, and effective communication.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language.
- Experience working in a virtual environment and delivering IT projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence without authority and partner cross-functionally.
- Understanding of quality and compliance obligations.
