Summary: The Technical MES Program Manager will lead and manage MES projects in a full-time hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) considerations.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team members to contribute to project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MES systems and transformations.
- Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions, leveraging your expertise to guide the team.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
