Summary: The Technical MES Program Manager will lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a subject matter expert in MES with a proven track record of leading large initiatives. The position is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, along with a solid technical background in MES systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive transformation initiatives within MES projects, optimizing processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) considerations.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team members to contribute to project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MES systems and transformations.
- Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions, leveraging your expertise to guide the team.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
