Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on delivering a modern Intranet and internal communications platform within a large gaming organization undergoing transformation. The successful candidate will gather business needs, support change, and translate stakeholder requirements into effective solutions. This position requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to enhance internal communications and employee engagement. The contract is hybrid, requiring two days a week on-site in Covent Garden.

- Ideally: experience with Unily or similar platforms, M365 tools, and change management

I'm looking to connect with a Business Analyst who's delivered a modern Intranet or employee experience platform - someone who knows how to gather business needs, shape delivery, and support change in a decentralised organisation.
You'll be joining a well-established programme within a large gaming organisation going through transformation - and you'll be key to translating stakeholder requirements into a platform that genuinely improves internal comms and engagement.
