Key Responsibilities:

Exciting 8-month contract opportunity for a Senior to Associate Technical Architect to step in immediately at one of London's leading housing firms.
Position: This is a role for a senior architect at associate level to lead a significant luxury high rise housing development from stage 4. You will be reporting to a director, overseeing a team of architects and technicians on the production and coordination of information for tender and construction in Revit. The studio is offering an initial 8-month contract in line with project programme however are open to a discussion regarding a longer-term contract/more permanent basis for the right candidate if workload allows.
Candidate: The successful candidate will be an architect/equivalent operating at senior or associate level with significant experience leading large complex UK residential projects at post planning stages. Experience and familiarity with high risk buildings, UK planning laws, regulations and construction methods is essential. The practice are fully BIM and although a management position, you will have excellent command of revit with experience producing and coordinating packages and models. This role is to start ASAP so only candidates with a notice period of 6 weeks or less can be considered.
