Summary: The Technical Architect role focuses on reviewing and enhancing the ForgeRock Identity Manager deployment strategy and infrastructure. The position requires extensive experience in assessing user journeys, DevOps pipelines, and incident management within the ForgeRock environment. The architect will also document challenges and develop remediation strategies while evaluating the existing support team's expertise. This is a contract position based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed review of the ForgeRock deployment strategy and infrastructure.
• Assess configured user journeys, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring capabilities.
• Document and prioritize deployment challenges and develop remediation approaches.
• Identify infrastructure and development dependencies for remediation efforts.
• Review the organizational approach to managing the ForgeRock platform.
• Evaluate the expertise of the existing support team.
• Review the software development lifecycle for deploying and maintaining code in the ForgeRock environment.
