Summary: The Merchandise Planning Manager for a luxury fashion brand will oversee EMEIA Outlet planning activities, focusing on inventory management and commercial performance. This role requires collaboration with various teams to drive sales and manage inventory effectively. The position is office-based in Central London and is a temporary assignment lasting three months. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic decision-making and leading the Outlet Allocation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EMEIA Outlet planning activities within the global planning organization.
• Lead strategic inventory management through the Rolling Open to Buy process.
• Drive commercial insights for pre-season and in-season decisions, focusing on promotions.
• Accountable for quarterly buy processes aligned with key strategies.
• Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Allocation, Regional Finance, and Central Planning teams.
• Develop seasonal liquidation strategies, including markdowns and promotions.
• Lead the Outlet Allocation team for regular store replenishment.
• Conduct monthly inventory forecast reviews and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Support the Director of Planning in inventory management and margin control.
